Support Specialist

Since 2019, we’ve been helping people achieve their wellness goals through dedicated support for the Unimeal, MadMuscles, and HARNA apps. We strive to go beyond providing solutions — creating genuine connections that make every customer feel understood, motivated, and empowered on their journey.
Our team already includes 200+ dedicated specialists, but we’re growing fast and currently looking for a Social Media Support Specialist to engage with users of Health & Fitness mobile applications across social media platforms and review sites. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand in public channels — ensuring every interaction is respectful, empathetic, and aligned with our values.
What you'll do:

Monitor brand mentions across social media platforms and review websites (e.g., Sitejabber, Trustpilot, Google Play);

Respond promptly to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries on social media with a high level of professionalism;

Handle negative feedback and complaints, resolve user issues, and escalate complex cases to relevant departments;

Create and maintain response templates and communication guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient support;

Analyze user feedback and generate ideas for product improvements and reputation enhancement;

Manage brand reputation and apply best practices to strengthen it.
We expect from you:

Experience in customer support, SMM, or reputation management;

Strong written English skills (B2 level or higher);

Knowledge of the basics of reputation management and review platforms;

Experience working with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and/or review platforms (Trustpilot, Google Play, App Store, Sitejabber);

Ability to handle stressful situations and manage conflict with customers effectively.

A schedule with a rotating pattern — 4 workdays followed by 2 days off, then 3 workdays followed by 1 day off. Shifts rotate in the following order: 2 morning → 2 day → 3 evening shifts. There are no night shifts. Shift options: Morning: 07:00–15:00, Day: 12:00–20:00, Evening: 15:00–00:00;
