Quality Control Lead

We are looking for a Quality Control Lead to help set high-quality standards, working not only with customer support but also with billing processes. In this role, your main task will be to elevate the QC direction to a new level by analyzing our current operations and implementing your ideas into a new process.

Your manager will be Daria, our Head of Support. Daria is an expert with over 8 years of experience in customer service. She values leaders who can effectively manage teams, foster trust-based communication, and support the team through empathy and emotional intelligence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build a team of professional QC managers capable of independently analyzing agents’ work and implementing effective solutions.

  • Develop and implement quality standards to ensure consistently high service levels.

  • Evaluate agents’ performance by reviewing selected customer communications.

  • Support and improve KPIs by analyzing metrics and implementing new strategies.

  • Identify problem areas and take action to enhance efficiency.

  • Organize onboarding for new QC managers, including familiarization with processes, standards, and KPIs.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing teams in quality control.

  • Understanding of customer service standards and key KPIs.

  • Proven experience in implementing new evaluation methods, training programs, or quality standards.

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis, report creation, and proposing effective solutions.
