Customer Support Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative specialist who will strengthen our support team and maintain our technical support satisfaction rate.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality support to users of our mobile applications and websites, primarily through chat and email channels. We are well-versed in weight management and muscle-building techniques, and regularly conduct training for the team in collaboration with leading dietitians and trainers.
Your future responsibilities:

Communication and providing quality support in chats and emails

Processing user requests on social media

Collecting and analyzing user feedback

Interacting with product, marketing, and development teams
We expect from you:

High proficiency in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)

Ability to communicate politely and effectively

Personal involvement and a genuine desire to assist users

Accountability for outcomes and the ability to make sound decisions

Interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn
It will be advantageous if you have:

Proficiency in a second foreign language

Experience in customer support

Convenient shift work schedule (5 shifts and 3 days-off in a systematic pattern which repeats itself, with only one night shift per week and 19 shifts per month in total. Shift timings are 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00, 00:00–08:00 (EET)
