Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites.
The main channel of communication is e-mail. We know all about how to adjust weight and build muscle and conduct regular training for the team with leading nutritionists and trainers.
Your future responsibilities:

Communication and providing quality support in chats and emails;

Processing of user requests in social networks;

Collection and analysis of feedback from users;

Interaction with product, marketing and development teams.
We expect from you:

High level of command of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and above);

The ability to communicate politely and meaningfully;

Indifference and a sincere desire to help users;

Responsibility for the result and the ability to make optimal decisions;

Interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn.
It will be an advantage:

Mastery of a second foreign language;

Experience in customer support.
