Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites. 

 

The main channel of communication is e-mail. We know all about how to adjust weight and build muscle and conduct regular training for the team with leading nutritionists and trainers.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Communication and providing quality support in chats and emails;

  • Processing of user requests in social networks;

  • Collection and analysis of feedback from users;

  • Interaction with product, marketing and development teams.

We expect from you:

  • High level of command of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and above);

  • The ability to communicate politely and meaningfully;

  • Indifference and a sincere desire to help users;

  • Responsibility for the result and the ability to make optimal decisions;

  • Interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn.

It will be an advantage:

  • Mastery of a second foreign language;

  • Experience in customer support.
