Customer Support Representative
Uniwell is an international service company that supports users in the Health & Fitness sector across more than 100 countries. Since 2019, we’ve been helping people achieve their wellness goals through dedicated support for the Unimeal, MadMuscles, and HARNA apps. We strive to go beyond providing solutions — creating genuine connections that make every customer feel understood, motivated, and empowered on their journey.
Our team already includes 200+ dedicated specialists, but we’re growing fast and and currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to support users of Health & Fitness mobile applications via email and our internal CRM system.
In this role, you will be a reliable and empathetic point of contact, ensuring each interaction is clear, thoughtful, and human-centered. Your goal will be not only to resolve issues quickly and effectively, but also to build trust and create a sense of care that keeps users engaged and satisfied over the long term.
What you'll do:

Provide prompt and high-quality resolution to customer inquiries;

Communicate with customers through relevant support channels;

Review and moderate AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy and tone;

Maintain strong knowledge of products, processes, and policies;

Stay informed about product updates and new releases;

Share feedback and insights to help improve products and enhance the user experience.
We expect from you:

At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Support Representative, Billing Support Specialist, or in any other client-facing role;

Strong written English skills (B2 level or higher);

Understanding of dialogue structure and effective communication principles;

Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in writing;

Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new information.

A schedule with a rotating pattern — 4 workdays followed by 2 days off, then 3 workdays followed by 1 day off. Shifts rotate in the following order: 2 morning → 2 day → 3 evening shifts. There are no night shifts. Shift options: Morning: 07:00–15:00, Day: 12:00–20:00, Evening: 16:00–00:00;
