Chat Manager

Uniwell is an international service company that supports users in the Health & Fitness sector across more than 100 countries. Since 2019, we’ve been helping people achieve their wellness goals through dedicated support for the Unimeal, MadMuscles, and HARNA apps. We strive to go beyond providing solutions — creating genuine connections that make every customer feel understood, motivated, and empowered on their journey.

 

Our team already includes 200+ dedicated specialists, but we’re growing fast and currently looking for a Chat Manager to support users of Health & Fitness mobile applications through live chat.

 

In this role, you will become a reliable mentor and source of motivation for our clients, helping them with questions about training, nutrition, and mindset. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships — supporting, encouraging, and guiding users to achieve their goals while creating a friendly and trusting atmosphere where they feel comfortable sharing their challenges.

What you'll do:

  • Consult users on nutrition and training, maintain their motivation to achieve goals via live chat, and become their go-to buddy throughout the journey;

  • Handle user inquiries in a friendly but professional manner, ensuring a positive and engaging communication experience;

  • Contribute to building and improving a comprehensive knowledge base.

We expect from you:

  • Experience as a translator in dating, support agent, or VIP support, or in any other client-facing role;

  • Strong written English skills (B2 level or higher);

  • Ability to communicate politely, empathetically, and effectively in writing;

  • Genuine willingness to help and support users, showing care in every interaction;

  • Ability to respond quickly and resolve requests efficiently;

  • Flexibility to adapt your communication style to each user’s needs;

  • Interest in healthy lifestyle topics and readiness to learn.

It will be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools;

  • Experience in sales.
