Chat Manager

We are looking for a Chat Manager to provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites. 


We know everything about weight management and muscle building, conducting regular training for our team alongside leading dietitians and trainers.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Communication and quality support in chats

  • Handling user inquiries in chats

  • Collecting and analyzing user feedback

  • Assistance in creating a knowledge base

  • Interaction with product, marketing, and development teams

We expect from you:

  • At least 6 months of customer support experience

  • Upper-Intermediate level or higher in written English.

  • Ability to communicate politely and effectively

  • You are empathetic and genuinely eager to help users

  • Have an interest in a healthy lifestyle

  • Can react quickly and resolve customer requests

  • Can find an individual approach to clients

It will be advantageous if you have:
