Billing Support Team Lead

Since 2019, we’ve been helping people achieve their wellness goals through dedicated support for the Unimeal, MadMuscles, and HARNA apps. Our team already includes 200+ dedicated specialists, but we’re growing fast and currently looking for a Billing Support Team Lead — to head one of our billing teams. The team’s main focus is handling refund requests and chargebacks in written communication.

Our goal is to deliver fast, high-quality support — and we’re already seeing meaningful progress in this direction. In this role, we’re looking for someone who shares our vision and is ready to drive the team forward by improving performance, processes, and customer experience.
What you'll do:

Team management: conduct 1-on-1s, team and calibration meetings, provide feedback, support development and task prioritization, onboard new shift leads and agents, and run exit interviews. You will guide and motivate the team at every stage, ensuring alignment with standards and expectations;

Performance management: analyze team performance metrics, identify growth areas, and drive initiatives to improve quality, speed, and retained revenue;

Process management: monitor KPIs and adjust schedules so the team operates within clear guidelines while maintaining autonomy for initiative.
We expect from you:

2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in support, billing, or sales — you know how to manage a team, maintain focus on service quality, and support and develop people;

Strong understanding of the customer billing journey — from the first request to a refund or repeat purchase;

Experience mentoring people — you identify growth areas, help specialists develop, and build strong teams;

Skilled at working with metrics — you understand key support KPIs, know how to analyze them, and drive improvement;

Experienced in billing operations — used to structured policies and processes, and confident in handling sensitive requests such as refunds, chargebacks, financial risks, and retention;

English level B2+ — capable of communicating with users and the team, and working with documentation.
