Billing Support Specialist

Since 2019, we’ve been helping people achieve their wellness goals through dedicated support for the Unimeal, MadMuscles, and HARNA apps. Our team already includes 200+ dedicated specialists, but we’re growing fast and and currently looking for a Billing Support Specialist to handle payment-related requests from users of Health & Fitness mobile applications.

 

This role involves written communication through a ticketing system, CRM, and internal admin panel. You’ll assist users with both billing-related questions (failed transactions, refunds, chargebacks) and general inquiries, ensuring clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support, and coordinating with payment providers when necessary.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver high-quality second-line support, assisting users with billing questions (payments, refunds) as well as other inquiries via thoughtful written communication;

  • Assess risks in specific cases and manage customer disputes;

  • Gather and summarize user feedback to help improve products and services.

We expect from you:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Support Representative, Billing Support Specialist, or in any client-facing role;

  • Strong written English skills (B2 level or higher);

  • Ability to communicate politely, clearly, and in a way that makes users feel valued;

  • Personal involvement and genuine willingness to assist users;

  • Accountability for outcomes and ability to make well-reasoned decisions.
