Billing Support Specialist
We are looking for a Billing Support Specialist who will be responsible for delivering quality support to users of our mobile applications and websites. The main communication channels are emails (tickets).
We are well-versed in weight management and muscle-building techniques, and regularly conduct training for the team in collaboration with leading dietitians and trainers.
Your future responsibilities:

Handling second-line support, and resolving customer inquiries related to payments and refunds through written communication

Assessing risks for specific situations and dealing with customer disputes

Gathering feedback from users
We expect from you:

At least 6 months of work experience as a Customer Support Representative or a Billing Support Specialist

High proficiency in written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher), verbal proficiency is a plus

Ability to communicate politely and effectively

Personal involvement and a genuine desire to assist users

Accountability for outcomes and the ability to make sound decisions

Interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn
