Billing Support Specialist

We are looking for a Billing Support Specialist who will be responsible for delivering quality support to users of our mobile applications and websites. The main communication channels are emails (tickets).

We are well-versed in weight management and muscle-building techniques, and regularly conduct training for the team in collaboration with leading dietitians and trainers.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Handling second-line support, and resolving customer inquiries related to payments and refunds through written communication

  • Assessing risks for specific situations and dealing with customer disputes

  • Gathering feedback from users

We expect from you:

  • At least 6 months of work experience as a Customer Support Representative or a Billing Support Specialist

  • High proficiency in written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher), verbal proficiency is a plus

  • Ability to communicate politely and effectively

  • Personal involvement and a genuine desire to assist users

  • Accountability for outcomes and the ability to make sound decisions

  • Interest in the topic of a healthy lifestyle and willingness to learn
