Customer Support Representative

We're currently seeking a Customer Support Representative who will be a reliable and empathetic point of contact for our users. The role involves handling inquiries via email and our internal CRM system, with a focus on delivering clear, thoughtful, and human-centered responses. Every interaction should not only resolve the issue, but also strengthen the sense of trust and care that keeps users coming back.

What you'll do:

Providing prompt and high-quality resolution to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers via relevant support channels
Reviewing and moderating AI-generated responses
Maintaining strong knowledge of our products, processes, and policies
Staying up to date with product updates and releases
Sharing feedback to help improve products and user experience

What we’re looking for:

Experience in customer service (online or offline)
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Understanding of dialogue structure and effective communication principles
Strong written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new information
